Fish oil and Omega supplements in Bangladesh

Omega-3 fatty acids are a nutritional component found in fish oil. Omega-3 fatty acids are necessary for the formation of new cells and for many other bodily processes.

Omega-3 fatty acids come from food sources. They cannot be produced inside the body. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosatetraenoic acid are two omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oil (EPA). Fatty fish, including salmon, mackerel, and trout, as well as shellfish, including mussels, oysters, and crabs, are dietary sources of DHA and EPA. Various nuts, seeds, and vegetable oils contain alpha-linolenic acid, another omega-3 (ALA).

There are liquid, tablet, and pill forms of fish oil supplements.

Fish oil is consumed because it has anti-inflammatory properties.

In recent years, Fish oil and omegas become so popular in Bangladesh.  To buy all kind of Fish oil and omega in Bangladesh click add to cart button:

Research on the use of fish oil for specific conditions shows:

Heart disease: Taking fish oil pills appears to provide little to no advantages to heart health, despite data showing that persons who consume dietary sources of fish oil at least twice a week have a lower risk of dying from heart disease.

High blood pressure: Numerous studies show that persons who use fish oil supplements experience mild drops in blood pressure. There is some evidence to suggest that those with moderate to severe high blood pressure may benefit from fish oil more than those with modest blood pressure elevation.

High cholesterol and triglyceride levels: Omega-3 fatty acids have a proven ability to drastically lower blood triglyceride levels. Although a rise in levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL, or "bad") cholesterol was also noted, there also seems to be a minor improvement in high-density lipoprotein (HDL, or "good") cholesterol.
